Return Repair Exchange

Return Process

To be eligible for a return or exchange, simply initiate the process within 30 days of receiving your order.

Initiate your return/exchange by contacting us At support@munjanijewels.com

Choose your return method Follow the return instructions provided in your return confirmation email, including your Order Number.

Please note that certain products are not eligible for return, including:

  • Rings that have been resized or modified.
  • Engraved fine jewelry.
  • Please note that while you can return an engraved ring, we charge $40 to remove the custom engraving.
  • Personalized fine jewelry such as name necklaces.
  • Items that have been previously exchanged.
  • Custom designed jewelry.
  • Any orders that were altered while in process.

We accept returns only in the case of manufacturing defects in the product.

If you receive a product with any manufacturing defects, we will gladly accept your return.

Please note that personal issues such as incorrect size selection, someone says No for the Ring may not be applicable for return, exchange, or refund.

 

Refund Process

If you decide to return a ring and it meets our return policy criteria, we will refund your purchase amount minus any applicable return shipment and making charges for the ring. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make the refund process as smooth as possible.
